Starting today, the USA and West Indies will co-host this historic event, marking the first time the USA has ever hosted a cricket tournament. With 20 teams participating, this promises to be a spectacular tournament filled with fun, thrill, and unexpected twists.

Tournament Structure: Roadmap to the Knockouts

With such a big event, understanding the roadmap to the knockouts is crucial. Here’s how it works:

• League Stage: There are 4 groups with 5 teams each.

• SUPER-8 Stage: The top 2 teams from each group will qualify for the SUPER-8 stage, where they will be divided into 2 groups of 4 teams each.

• Semi-Finals: The top 2 teams from each SUPER-8 group will then qualify for the semi-finals.

Opening Match: USA vs Canada

The tournament kicks off with a match between two promising associate nations, the United States and Canada. Scheduled to start at 06:00 AM Indian Standard Time (IST), by the time you read this, half the match might be over. But fret not, all of India's matches are conveniently scheduled for 08:00 PM IST.
